Mayantoc Association of Hawaii is an association that makes families, friends, and townmates closer together away from their hometown. This association was first established in 1996 with 30 members and the first President inducted was Mr. Jose Garma. He led the association for two years which they became productive and were able to support some scholars in Mayantoc for students who deserved to be in school but can't afford to go. After two years, they had another election and Mr. Amado Viernes won the Presidency and at present he is still the President of the Mayantoc Association of Hawaii. Problems, trials, and conflicts sometimes arises but the members are more closer now compare before and numbers are growing. Some members might find their own way but Mayantoc Association of Hawaii is still here and still helping students in our hometown and plans for more projects not in Hawaii but in Mayantoc itself.
